The phone rings nonstop, and the queue at reception stretches to the front door … Hi, I’m Seline, 32 years old and overwhelmed.
Sometimes I’m expected to assist the doctor, answer the phone and welcome a patient entering the practice at the same time.
Sometimes it gets very stressful. You have to think about so many things at once and must not forget anything.
In general, the pediatric practice was much more hectic … because we were always overbooked.
I work as an MPA in Switzerland and am realizing that I probably do not want to stay in this profession long term.

Fits your workflow
We connect the PMS your team already uses.
After usable PMS access is available, we build and test the agreed connection within three business days. Appointments, callbacks, and follow-up stay where your team already works.
Before you start
Questions clinics ask
Clear answers about safety, setup, data, and what happens when a call needs your team.
Can we keep our current phone number?
Yes. Patients keep calling the number they already know. Your phone system can forward calls to Vite Clinic during the periods you set.
Can we begin with only overflow or after-hours calls?
Yes. Forward calls during peaks, lunch breaks, or after hours, then set how much of that forwarded traffic Vite Clinic answers.
What happens when someone has a medical question?
Vite Clinic does not give medical advice. It transfers medical and sensitive calls to your team according to the clinic’s rules. If nobody is available, it records the request for follow-up.
Can Vite Clinic book directly into our clinic software?
Yes. Your clinic introduces us to the PMS provider, and we handle the connection and testing. After usable access is available, our connector target is three business days. Vite Clinic can then use the routine PMS actions relevant to a call; medical or uncertain matters go to your team.
What if our clinics use different systems?
Each clinic can keep its own software and call rules. We connect the handoff for each clinic so appointments, callbacks, and follow-ups reach the right place.
Where is our data stored and processed?
Persistent application data is hosted in Switzerland. Twilio and OpenAI process the audio and content needed to answer live calls under the controls documented on our Trust page. OpenAI API data is not used for model training unless the customer opts in.
Plan a controlled launch
Give your front desk room to breathe.
Start with a clear first call path. We stay close through launch, fix issues quickly, and expand only after the workflow works.
