Terms of service
Business terms for a careful clinic pilot.
These terms cover the website account and pilot service. A signed order form and data-processing agreement add the clinic-specific commercial and privacy details.
Effective and last updated: 13 July 2026
Parties and scope
Vite Clinic is operated by Benjamin Crozat EI. The service is offered to clinics and other professional customers, not to consumers for personal use.
- Operator: Benjamin Crozat EI, SIREN 750 497 570, 30 boulevard de Cessole, 06100 Nice, France.
- Creating an account lets you evaluate the service; it does not by itself activate a paid production phone line.
Accounts and pilot
You must provide accurate business information, protect login credentials, and ensure that users act with authority for the clinic.
- No payment is required to create a workspace and configure an initial clinic.
- The pilot scope, start date, phone routing, included usage, and success criteria are confirmed before live activation.
- You must tell us promptly about unauthorized access or material configuration errors.
What the service does
Vite Clinic provides an AI-assisted phone reception workflow that can answer approved clinic questions and record structured requests for clinic staff.
- A request is not a confirmed appointment unless an expressly enabled integration confirms it.
- PMS features are limited to the integrations and actions stated in the order form or product interface.
- The service may refuse, escalate, or hand off a request when information is missing or safety rules apply.
Clinic responsibilities
The clinic controls its service configuration, approved knowledge, routing rules, staff access, and lawful handling of patient data.
- Provide accurate clinic information and review assistant behaviour before live use.
- Maintain a suitable fallback and monitor requests that need human attention.
- Approve the exact AI, transcription, privacy, and any recording notice; approve consent evidence and a practical human alternative before live calls.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unsafe purposes.
Medical and emergency boundary
Vite Clinic is an administrative communications tool. It is not a medical device, clinician, diagnostic service, emergency line, or substitute for professional judgement.
- Do not configure the assistant to diagnose, prescribe, or provide patient-specific medical advice.
- The clinic must maintain emergency instructions and alternative contact paths appropriate to its patients.
Prices, usage, and payment
Prices, currency, included calls, overage rules, billing cycle, and taxes are stated in the accepted order form or checkout shown to the clinic.
- A live call may be billable when it connects, ends normally, contains real conversation, and is not classified as a provider or technical failure.
- Stripe may administer subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices.
- Overdue undisputed amounts may lead to restricted or suspended paid service after reasonable notice.
Data and confidentiality
Each party protects confidential information with reasonable care. The signed DPA, not these general terms alone, controls patient-call processing and must be in place before live calls.
- The clinic is normally controller for patient-call data and Vite Clinic acts as its processor.
- Vite Clinic processes only documented instructions, binds authorized people to confidentiality obligations designed to protect data covered by the clinic’s professional secrecy, and limits support access to approved purposes.
- Subprocessors require the agreed general or specific authorization. Material changes are notified in advance with the agreed objection and exit path.
- Vite Clinic informs the clinic of a relevant suspected personal-data incident as soon as possible and assists with investigation and required notices.
- Vite Clinic assists with rights requests, security evidence, DPIA work, and regulator enquiries appropriate to its role.
- At service end, Vite Clinic returns agreed exports and deletes or anonymizes personal data, subject to mandatory records and the documented backup-expiry schedule.
Availability, changes, and suspension
A pilot service can change as reliability and clinic feedback improve. Vite Clinic may perform maintenance, change providers, or suspend risky use while minimizing avoidable disruption.
- No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised unless a signed service level says otherwise.
- Material provider or privacy changes are disclosed before they apply to live clinic data where practicable.
- Service may be suspended immediately when needed to protect patients, systems, providers, or legal compliance.
Intellectual property and feedback
Vite Clinic and its software remain the operator’s property. The clinic retains its own content and grants the limited rights needed to operate the service.
- You may use the service only for your internal professional operations during the agreed term.
- Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying the clinic or disclosing confidential information.
Termination, liability, and law
Either party may stop an unpaid evaluation at any time. Paid-service termination, export, deletion, and notice periods follow the order form. Mandatory rights always remain unaffected.
- Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential business loss to the extent the law permits.
- Any agreed liability cap and service credits are stated in the order form; liability that cannot legally be limited remains unlimited.
- French law applies and courts in Nice have jurisdiction, unless the order form or mandatory law requires otherwise.
- If these terms conflict with a signed order form or DPA, the signed document controls for its subject matter.

Questions about a pilot, order form, invoice, or these terms go directly to the operator.
