What happens when someone has a medical question?

Vite Clinic does not give medical advice. It transfers medical and sensitive calls to your team according to the clinic’s rules. If nobody is available, it records the request for follow-up.

Can Vite Clinic book directly into our clinic software?

Yes, when the clinic software connection supports it. Otherwise, Vite Clinic records the appointment request and sends it to your team for follow-up.

What if our clinics use different systems?

Each clinic can keep its own software and call rules. We connect the handoff for each clinic so appointments, callbacks, and follow-ups reach the right place.

Where is our data stored and processed?

Stored application data is kept in Switzerland. During a live call, approved external services may process only the information needed to handle that call. Clinic data is not used to train AI.
