Clinic pilot

Start small. Hear it work. Expand with evidence.

A practical rollout for Swiss clinics: configure the real clinic context, test the assistant, route a limited number of calls, then decide what deserves to continue.

A controlled five-step rollout

The pilot is designed to surface bad assumptions early, before a phone line becomes operationally important.

  1. 1

    Fit check

A short call maps your languages, call volume, reception workflow, PMS, and the calls worth handling first.

  2. 2

    Clinic setup

Create the workspace and add approved hours, services, locations, wording, routing, and safety rules.

  3. 3

    Private testing

Your team tests the assistant in the browser. Test sessions are read-only and create no patient or PMS actions.

  4. 4

    Limited live calls

After launch checks, route a narrow call path and use up to ten included live test calls before paid expansion.

  5. 5

    Review and decide

Review transcripts, outcomes, caller friction, and staff workload. Expand, adjust, or stop without pretending the result is better than it is.

What the clinic brings

  • One accountable clinic contact and the staff who know the current phone workflow.
  • Accurate opening hours, services, locations, escalation paths, and approved answers.
  • A decision on caller disclosure, retention, and who can access call information.
  • Time to test realistic cases and flag anything unsafe or operationally wrong.

What Vite Clinic provides

  • Direct setup and support from the founder throughout the pilot.
  • A Swiss phone-number path, routing configuration, and controlled activation.
  • Browser testing plus up to ten included live test calls before paid usage.
  • A launch checklist covering DPA, caller disclosure, retention, providers, fallback, and rollback.

No payment to start

Build the workspace, then talk about live activation.

Creating an account is free. Commercial terms, the phone number, and data-processing details are agreed before real patient calls are routed.
